Evidence-Based Modalities, Enhanced by Creative Expression

Therapeutic Services Rooted in Research & Artistry

At RCA, our licensed clinicians provide evidence-based care through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, and relapse prevention, alongside expressive therapies that open new paths to healing. These approaches give men and women experiencing addiction or mental health disorders practical skills, emotional clarity, and creative outlets that strengthen healing.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps identify unhelpful thoughts and patterns that contribute to negative emotions and behaviors. By practicing new ways of thinking, individuals learn healthier strategies for lasting change.

This approach explores how unconscious thoughts and past experiences influence current behaviors. Through insight and self-reflection, individuals can resolve inner conflicts.

Expressive Therapy

Expressive Therapy

Creative outlets such as art, writing, and movement provide safe ways to explore emotions. These practices open new paths to healing, especially for those who find verbal expression difficult.

Music Therapy

We use music as a tool for emotional expression, self-discovery, and healing. At RCA, sessions may include creating, recording, or listening to music in a therapeutic setting.

Relapse Prevention

Our relapse prevention framework helps individuals recognize triggers and build strategies to stay grounded in recovery. With practical tools and ongoing support, people strengthen resilience against setbacks.
