A Holistic Approach
In 2024, nearly 1 in 4 adults in the U.S. reported a mental health condition, and more than 1 in 20 faced a serious disorder. Anxiety and depression alone affect about 20% of adults, with rates in Arizona continuing to rise. At Recovery Center for the Arts, we know these struggles are real and deeply personal. Our Scottsdale programs blend evidence-based therapies with creative outlets like art, music, and writing, helping you find balance, express yourself, and build lasting resilience.

Care That Meets You Where You Are
For those needing 24/7 support, inpatient care provides the highest level of treatment. Patients live on-site or in supportive housing, receiving daily therapy, medication management, and consistent monitoring. This level is ideal for crisis stabilization, severe symptoms, or when everyday environments make recovery more difficult.

PHP offers intensive daytime treatment five days a week, including individual therapy, group sessions, and creative expression. Supportive housing is available for those who need extra structure. PHP is a strong step-down from inpatient care for those requiring daily support without full residential treatment.

Outpatient treatment provides ongoing therapy with maximum flexibility. Weekly or biweekly sessions help you manage symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and maintain balance while living at home, working, or attending school. Outpatient care is designed for long-term stability.
